الخطوات
1- First: you have to go to the mission office to get a letter for the equalization. This letter and other documents need to submitted to Al-Majles Alaala
2- From the mission you will get a letter by which you will back to your work.
3- To equalization they need:
a- Original of the thesis b- Graduate certificate (original and photocopy) c- Records certificate (original and photocopy) d- Letter for the period you spent till graduation from your University in Japan (original and photocopy) e- Master certificate (original and photocopy) f- Master courses certificate (original and copy) g- Bachelor certificate (original and photocopy) h- Materials record certificate (original and photocopy)
4- In the Mission office you need
a- Two copies of graduate certificate b- One copy of the passport of the member and his family with the original c- You will start from room no 12 they will take copy of the certificate and guide you to the other rooms d- You have to go to room no. 31 or 32 (El-Eshraf El-Elmy), they will take a copy of the certificate and passport and any receipt to be paid by the mission (do not forget to take your bank account with you)
