Dr. Karam Khalil, the Culture Counselor, requests that ever Egyptian Post Graduate student in Japan, weather a Governmental Scholarship or Private Scholarship to submit 1 page Research Abstract to the Culture Office for the purpose of creating a data base at the Ministry of Higher Education of all Egyptian Post Graduate Students in Japan.

Please download the Word file below and fill and submit by fax directly to the Culture Office. Fax number 03-5726-0310.

The deadline for submitting the research abstract is July 7th, 2006.

I urge all brothers to submit this abstract as soon as possible and show our spirit of responsibility and organization.
